What is it that you're looking for. What defines "best" in your opinion? I've noticed both hash and oils give different highs. Both help with different ailments imo. I would try some high-quality bubble hash and some high quality oil or wax. It's hard to find these in dispensaries, most tell you the stuff they have is the best out there. What they don't tell you is they don't know what is even in their shit. Most dispensaries carry nasty green/black wax, which is 2nd and 3rd run material and try to pawn it off as top grade stuff.

Back to your question, grab a gram of some good bubble and some good oil. Talk to a knowledgeable budtender that smokes the stuff he puts out.
