Lavender og is fire

Had some delivered no too long ago and loved those buds. Smooth and tasty and they got me very well medicated. Took my stress and pain away for the day. Delivery time was pretty quick too so they are a pretty legit service.

Thats way expensive for flowers. That stuff better test out at over 50% THC for that price.

Great service

Just ordered for my fifth time. The top shelf meds are great quality every time. They do have quad deals for cheap but don't expect it to be top stuff! My driver Steve is always good and shows me anything I want just like at a store.

First timer.....

I was seriously so stoked being a 25 yr old woman without a script till now and as soon as I called (researching online about top shelf wellness and it's products/services.)
Mellissa honestly I have to give you a 7 on a scale of customer service (being in a family business ownership myself)
I was telling her that I had heard about how great the FIRE OG was and she readily assured me of not only its amazingness but it's availability( why waste a breathe on something you don't have)GIVING ME FALSE HOPE on my first time. You were soooooo nice on the phone like i wouldve probably liked you and wanted to be friends. But I DID NOT believe the driver when he got there and said HE HAD NO FIRE OG. :( ok so he was VERYYYY QUICK seriously. But alas no fire so he suggested blue dream jack Herrer when I was spouting off herorana THE NEED FOR A STRONG INDICA. When he mentioned Fuity Pebbles I took a wonderful whiff ( later on closer examination I noticed one fairly large nugglette that was different from all the others in shape cut,cure and colors so I am getting it tested at my friends house tonight to see what I got. I paid the driver Money In Hand after a smile and a thank you then REMEMBERED all the wonderful things I had READ ONLINE and HEARD FROM mellissa about being a FIRSTTIME PATIENT and you get a treat. After I
Asked the driver before he bolted he told me all about these coolgiftbags with a glass pipe and an edible in it or a joint then says I DON'T have any right now but next time I come I'll bring you one. Thank you sooo muchhh ! BOTTOM LINE.... The weed was good for the price & QUALITY.THANK YOU SO MUCH SERIOUSLY QUICK DELIVERY TOO.so hopefully communication and advertising of the menu will be correct.again when it comes to illness anxiety loss of appetite I believe that this is a job you should take seriously I would have gone above and beyond and find out and make sure that I would be able to deliver on something. Hi, Sorry you missed out on the Fire. It goes fast and not often to first timers. There is always a balance question we have for our patients. Balance is the issue of dealing with over 20 Strains and which ones to make sure are out on delivery. Unfortunately the best gets gobbled up. However, if you give us some notice on the strain you want we will make sure you get it and when you want it. Being one of the only Services out there as long as we have we have learned a few lessons. If you are the kind of patient that has extra sensitive taste in quality or you are looking for rare strains. Then you should order in advance to make sure that you request the Topshelf Advisor. That adviser will be able to accommodate you. Sorry to hear you happened to get a call from a new driver and he is still getting his sea legs. However we beleive he may be our best one day soon.
