It makes me so sad to see any negative reviews of Om anywhere! I have so many friends who come in, and everyone agrees hands down that Om of Medicine is the best dispensary in town - in fact, in all of Michigan! I personally have been to dispensaries in California, and they are nothing like this one. The atmosphere is just so unique, it feel futuristic and is just so professional! Plus, they really make an effort to be involved in their community - from volunteer work, to holding comedy shows and other events. I know, for example, that they donated thousands of pounds of food to Food Gatherers each year. The staff is just so friendly, and the budtenders are extremely knowledgable. Even the receptionists know how to answer any medical questions extremely thoroughly! Can't say enough positive things about this place =)

place is beautlful.. and well everything else is OK

PLACE IS VERY pretty on the inside.. i do not like the hike all the way up.. and i hate the parking for this place. i mean this is a real inconviences for anyone..another thing.. prices are alittle high on some things like wax and hash. and some bud.. prices need to come down as other dispenaries are catching on but not this one . not gonna lie.. i am a professional bud tender.. but i shouldnt no more about your product then the budtender serving me ... its product he spends his time around all day. at the end of the day.. this place is a decent place.. their purple og is amazing but they havent had it in A LONG TIME .. and not really worth the price.. wouldnt waste me time again

Very pleasant atmosphere. They are on the third floor, but they do have an elevator in the back, that's why I gave them a three on location. My neurologist recommended I come here and he was right!
Very friendly and pleasant experience. I didn't feel rushed out like the previous places I've picked my medicine and they have diversity in their edible products. Thank you, Om!

Over Priced/ Budtenders Are Dummies...

Prices are like a car payment & Bud-tenders aren't helpful at all. For some reason they don't seem to know much about the products they have and seem to be stoned out of their mind constantly .. Don't Get me wrong i like good vibes, but when the tender can't even make a recommendation there is a problem. Not very friendly, standoffish staff all in their own world. Over Rated!

Om My God

Done wasting my time being treated like an idiot.Om does it right.Kind service coupled with an unsurpassed calming atmosphere,makes for an enjoyable visit.Medications are correct,prices are what to expect from a high end service provider,yet not over priced, like most other shops in the area.

Very positive experience this trip. Friendly girl at desk checked us in, Brian the budtender seemed very genuine and very polite. Gave the Mrs. a free birthday doobie and also tossed in a free white fire OG pre roll in part I believe because I also got 1/8ths of Hindu Kush, Pineapple Express, Flo OG and White Fire OG.
Flo OG was a piney delight to my senses while packing that OG punch.

Will certainly be back to share the love.

Stopped in and signed up for a $1 which is donated.

Tried the Midnight Kush and Lemon G flowers. Midnight Kush and Cheescake AK47 Wax. Waxes left a lot to be desired but the flowers were some tasty treats, both covered in trichs, cured well, smelled offensively proper, and proved it in the puff.

Overall I have mixed emotions about the atmosphere, and staff.
Waiting area is nice and chill, local art for sale, iPad menus???, also said they promoted comedy events and hosted marihuana events such as grow lessons with DJ Short.

Was a short visit and tough to get an expanded feel for whatever reason. Didn't really find the bud room or tender too helpful. Bit confusing really. But hey, I am a bit confusing.

Will surely return next time I am in Ann Arbor to see what they've got in their cupboards and on their desk.

I dont know what some of these folks are talking about, the shop is very modern and furnished very well, its very nice to see a lounge type of setup. There was music playing but not club/electronic/disco it is very subtile and mild. The staff have always been helpful and friendly to me even when I'm nickel and dime it before payday, The prerolls are very good here! I have three places here in AA I go too. This is my first choice

I absolutely love coming to Om. I just joined recently, but I have no idea what those bad reviews were talking about. The staff here knows EVERYTHING about medical marijuana from helping me contact a new physician for renewal to what ratio of CBD to THC would be best for my chronic pain condition. The atmosphere is really relaxing, and everyone there is incredibly genuine. The parking was my only issue, but they told me they validate parking at all the republic lots.

The dispensary is super involved in the community too! Which I think is so important right now with all that is changing in marijuana policy. They helped me find a way to contact my senator, and they also are doing several donation drives for the winter. People might think the atmosphere is not catered to medical patients, but the member lounge is a local art gallery!

The medicine I have received has been EXCELLENT. I love having options that I can take before work that have no psychoactive effect, but kick the pain's butt. Any concerns I have had, the staff has gone above and beyond to help me out. Thank you, Om!

The atmosphere was great, the building and office very professional like medical clinic should be, but the quality of the merchandise I bought was overpriced and overrated.
